“PL do agrotóxico”: discurso, memória, silêncio e resistência
The pesticide bill: discourse, memory, silence, and resistance

Resumo:
A propósito das discussões sobre o Projeto de Lei n. 6.299/2002, o “PL do agrotóxico”, que dispõe acerca da comercialização e uso de agroquímicos nas lavouras, pretendemos lançar luz sobre a ideia de que o lastro que garante o efeito de descrição do real nos discursos do agronegócio encontra-se na rede de memórias de um passado colonial latifundiário-escravocrata recente sobre e sob a qual significamos. A língua, de acordo com a perspectiva teórico-metodológica com a qual trabalhamos, a análise do discurso materialista, é opaca, e dissimula em sua materialidade sintática conflitos, tensões e heterogeneidades. Ao debruçar-nos sobre as análises feitas de alguns recortes discursivos a respeito das discussões sobre o PL, veremos que o agronegócio fala “por si”, ao mesmo tempo em que a agricultura familiar é “falada sobre”. Perceberemos, ainda, que o pequeno agricultor, produtor de alimentos, não de commodities, resiste em silêncio. Silêncio latente nos discursos fundados sob uma pretensa “lógica” de máxima eficiência dos territórios. Discursos que circulam e são significados sob um efeito de evidência conferido graças não somente a uma memória de posse violenta dos nossos territórios, mas também à interdição de outros sentidos para a relação homem-terra.

Abstract:
With regard to the discussions on the “Projeto de Lei” n. 6.299 /2002, the "agrotoxic PL", which deals with the commercialization and use of agrochemicals in the crops, we intend to shed light on the idea that the ballast that guarantees the effect of describing the real in the discourses of agribusiness lies in the network of memories of a recent latifundio-slave-owning colonial past over and under which we mean. Language, according to the theoretical-methodological perspective with which we work, the materialistic discourse analysis, is opaque, and conceals in its syntactic materiality conflicts, tensions and heterogeneities. When we look at the analyzes made of some discursive cuts regarding the PL discussions, we will see that agribusiness speaks for itself, at the same time that family agriculture is "talked about." We will also realize that the small farmer, a producer of food, not of commodities, resists in silence. Silence latent in the speeches founded under a pretended "logic" of maximum efficiency of the territories. Discourses that circulate and are meant under an effect of evidence conferred not only by a memory of violent possession of our territories, but also by the interdiction of other senses to the man-earth relationship.
